Oh, and I got banned from Follow Follow again <laugh>

They really are a bunch of inbred mutant ****s. The mods are all bitter jizzrags. I'm going to use it as my new 606, New IP, get on, rip the piss, get banned. <repeat>

The mods there were all backing the Kennedy bid and any deviation from the party line was frowned upon. What did you say to get yourself banned this time?

There was the Owen Coyle thread that 90% of the FFers went against the head-mod who was the OP. Then there was another thread about some **** who was 'raging' because A StJ fan said something about Rangers going bust.

The Internet is full of absolute head cases <laugh>

FF is a joke, the mods are all bitter middle-aged Orangemen.

My second banning (summer 2011) was for a joke.

You can just imagine the Ludge meeting, all pissed and bitter middle aged men, united in their belief in God and hatred of a sect of Christianity, moaning about all and sundry, everything is someone elses fault because they're not white proddies from Scots/Ulster stock.

FF Mods - Arseholes.

I think Green knows there is now way a CVA will be agreed and it's a newco all the way!

They good thing for Rangers fans - the ownership of Rangers/newco is split into 15% for each member and the club will be a PLC ... not one person can do a Murray/Whyte!

I think I may join FF, sounds fun and groovy.

I think they'll do what miller wanted to do but a newco will be the eventual outcome

**** all has changed. Liquidation & newco.

The farcical "fair play" meeting will be held again to discuss punishments to keep Rangers in the SPL.

No, because to get a CVA all Creditors have to be treated equally, the BK's were giving £1 in the £1 to some people (debenture Holders) and 5p in the pound to others. Green is proposing the same thing.

They weren't giving anything to the debenture holders, that was getting removed from the debt because they can't be classed as ordinary creditors.

They can't do Millers plan, because if a CVA is refused then the old company will be liquidated. Miller wanted to move everything of value to a newco, settle the debts of the oldco and then merge both companies (or so he said).

Difference between BK and Greens consortium is that they seem to have a bit more money, meaning creditors would receive more. I can't see it happening though if HMRC refuse to accept football creditors rules. Their is no such rule in Scotland, but we should be heavily punished if we don't pay back 100% of footballing debt. I would imagine UEFA would take a dim view of us not paying all of our football debts.

I think you are right. <ok>

How much is owed to football clubs?

UEFA never took a dim view when that Italian club owed us £7mil for Gatuso while selling him on to Milan for £11mil.
They told Rangers not to bother taking legal action against the club.
However I do agree that other Scottish teams depend on Rangers money and Rangers should pay all their debts to the other Scottish clubs.
