Woah, that's a shock! They have a ton of great players who will surely want to leave. Then again, Deportivo went down last season and were able to keep hold of Guardado. Sometimes players can surprise you with their loyalty.

Having said that...Rossi, Nilmar, de Guzman, Zapata, Cani.

It just occurs to me that Jonathan de Guzman would fit into our team perfectly. Canadian attacking midfielder, 24, versatile, talented. Sign him up!
 
Villarreals best players imo are Rossi, Bruno, Borja Valero and Diego Lopez, unfortunately I can't see us signing any of them

Yeah it is, has been very good back in the Spanish league though, might have had issues settling in England.

Zapata has been terrible this season, looked decent before so could just be a confidence issue

are you joking Zapata has been awful. Trust me this season he has really left his team down concidering how much they payed for him.
 
Rossi is out til January with an ACL tear, very sure he has had the same injury at least once before, so can't see him leaving in the summer (not that we would have much of a chance to get him anyway)

Guly wasn't wanted by Cesena and he didn't play for them in Serie A. He was sent to us on loan. It's not comparable. It would be like Barnard going on loan to Bournemouth, in other words not at all unusual.
