He swings the elbow but I don't think any of the angles ive seen are conclusive as to exactly where or how much contact was made. Certainly no lasting damage and they barely mentioned tevez left hook!
Just seen it on MOTD. Whatever that twat Tevez did, Barton was vicious and cowardly with the elbow and kick on Aguerro. The look on his face was pure ugly malevolence. His behaviour was bad but wed all say he was clever if he got one of their sent off. I dont like him and dont want him playing for us but i think hes been hard done by and got red cards purely on his reputation, especially the norwich one where there was literally nothing in it. zero movement at all.

No, theres different levels. You want things in black and white. Would you give a red card for any arm to face contact from the arm when going for headers? By the letter of the law they could all be red cards.
