Have to say, it was never a red card in the 1st place. Once that happened, it was quite sensible to try and get someone else dragged off with him. He risked a 6 game ban to try and get it 10 v 10.

Once again its a player cheating at minimal contact and the officials guessing what (didnt) happen.

When everyone believe you are a knobhead CB, why come out and prove it? Silly move son, silly move.

How on earth is it sensible to try and get someone else sent off! That is stupid and a pathetic thing to do!

Yes it was. And as for trying to get someone else sent off. Rubbish. Look at his face. He'd lost it. Balotelli wasn't even on the pitch.

One did when one of your players cheated and did exactly the same thing.

Barton got sent off twice this season and neither were deserved and both were down to play acting cheats.

You believe what he did to Tevez was a red card? Not what came after?

Yes I do. What do you think an elbow in the face deserves?

The positive I see from this is that when Barton is serving his ban at the start of next season, Faurlin will be back and will be in the process of forming an incredible partnership with Diakite. Every cloud... <whistle>

C'mon?! Both were red cards, shame it needed a guess though, but nevertheless a correct guess.

It wasnt an elbow to the face, if it was then Tevez wouldnt have been ok to take the FK.

No chance, the Norwich one was ludicrous, 2 players were head to and and there was no movement from either and their player grabs his head like hes been nutted.
Its happened several times since and not even a yellow was given.

At worse, both teams in both cases should have got the same punishment.

Barton deserved 3 red cards today alone. One for the spat with Tevez, two for the kick on Aguero and three for the headbutt towards Kompany. Wasn't Gary Neville sent-off twice a few seasons ago in 1 game?

It's embarrasing for sure. And I hate this line, but to the letter of the law, they were correct decissions. Just like Reina and Perch with Perch an even bigger biatch than Bradley Johnson and Tevez. Girlie players go down and thats a fact, why do Joey give them the opportunity is what drives me crazy!

Tevez kicked him and gets an elbow to the chest. Either a yellow or red for both.

He would have had some damage if it got him in the face and surprisingly there was no evidence and he was fine to take the FK.
