I think that a lot of that is writing off stuff that the previous owners ballsed up, to be fair. £30m-odd is down to a useless stadium plan, if I remember right.
I don't know why they're talking about building a new stadium - can't they just wait for Everton to build theirs in Kirkby, then steal it from under them? After all, they have previous in that department...
You're right there PNP....lets not forget Woy's pay off too! http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...-reveal-50m-loss-for-last-financial-year.html
Don't think that it includes Comolli's though, Notso! One of the main downsides of a lack of stability, which we've found out to our own cost.
More like the downside of hiring a financial weapon of mass destruction, like Comolli, in the first place!
Probably not mate! , fudged into this this years accounts to spread it out, they seem deluded enough the finances aren't an issue though...we'll see.
I bet the residents of Cheyne Walk ( including a certain Mr Jagger ) will be absolutely thrilled to hear this!
Two stadiums, neither in Chelsea, both funded by a rich man who saw Chelsea as his personal plaything. For a club with no history, they're somehow repeating it...
We're used to london teams moving as far away from their roots as possible, shameful memories I suppose. Doesn't surprise me, Abramovich has enough money to let SB rot until the CPO give up. The land is priceless.
