1 and 1/2 chicken breasts chopped and pan fried with tomatos, mushrooms and a sprinkling of mixed herbs served on gluten free pasta with a creamed tomato sauce mixed in with home cooked spinach and a more than healthy sprinkling of chedder chese <ok>

I'm hoping it will fuel/guilt trip me towards the gym but nothing so far...

Gerorge,three for you.

Mash Potato @ Ponty in the 2.20..!!!

Which finished infront of Fat Gary...!!! Too much starch i think, slowed them down...<laugh><laugh>

Just watching the snooker and Ronnie is flying... Just had a £1 on him making a 147 @ 125/1...!!!

Come on Ronnie...!!!

TITUS MILLS 20/1, needed the run LTO and drops back to 8f and Listed Class today after not quite staying 9f LTO.

Will be stripped fitter for his last run after a long lay off and is plenty good enough to win this today and still holds an entry in the Group 1,Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot

I like Colour Vision in the 3.45 at Kempton but I have to say that the drift is very alarming to the point where as much as I like the price I think it might be a not bet. Looks a cracking race though, the favourite was fantastic last month.

He did give it a lot to do but even that aside i think he lost as just when he started his run he got checked very slightly and then had to gain his momentum from the start again, with such a short winning distance i think that decided it. I would like to have seen him actually beat these well as he needed to if he was going to be the group 1 horse they envisaged a couple of years back. A good comeback run nevertheless.

couldnt agree more about Saamid. followed the horse as a 2 year old and good to see him back.

Sri Putra is another interesting one. probably the class horse in the race.

more a race to observe than to bet on I feel though!

typical I picked out the first 2 as well <doh>

Cracking comeback run from Saamidd, shame it was given such a ****e ride, best horse on the day didnt win the race imo

I see Roy Hodgson has targetted the Quarter Finals of the Euros - at least he is realistic, although it will be a major feat to qualify from that group :laugh::shocked:

Barbican up next - does anyone remember the alcohol free Lager of the same name advertised by Lawrie McMenemy?

"It's Great"

<laugh>
