not sure i like this monday night football, the game should all be played on a saturday, but i guess since sky pays the bill the FA and football league will bend over backwards to help them, money talks
I love the fact we are on the box so often, telling people I support the R's these days they just look stupid with the "Who?" retort (even more so than before!) but I wish it was more away games, or at least a more even number Having already spent on a season ticket I only do 3-5 away games a year picking different teams each year, so the chance to see more Qpr games would be great, except I'm already at most of the televised fixtures. Add in I have to book time off work months in advance to ensure I'm there at all (already got days booked for next season) and shifting the games means I've missed a few and had to record them on telly and watch the following day despite having paid for a ticket! As I say, love us being on tv but I can only think of 3 away days we were on and they were all localish games Mentioned it to a Chelsea supporting neighbour and he said they've not had many 3pm Saturday home games so perhaps with us being less likely to be on tv in the PL (if it happens of course) we won't have to panic about it being as bad as this season. Maybe just wishful thinking though..
Plenty in the Sheffield Star Tonight. Neil still Hurt by Comments from our Chairman. He still Feels So much for the Blades. Our Loss is Your Gain. Can remember coming to See you on a Midweek Home Game, against Reading. You Lost 1 - nil. Enjoyed the Experience, but not the Result. Drinking in a Bar off Sussex Gardens, talking about the Game, to a Seasoned QPR Supporter. He said, we are so Dire, and Things will never get Better. Look at you now !.
I can't believe that anyone, including those in the Europa League, will have had fewer home Saturday 3:00 games than us since the end of November through to the end of the season.
