Just read Madrid are 758 mil in debt , all from a loan from a bank. But because they are basically owned by the king they won't have to pay it back.
Indeed, it's written in the stars as Gary Neville would say......hopefully he's not commentating on the final otherwise well have to hear round 2 of his orgasm... lol
You'd think the roll call of penalty failures for English players would be remembered. But it isn't, well not by people who make decisions, anyway. Each and every time England are in a tournament they come up against the dreadful penalty shootout, and then there's only one result. Off the top of my head, several English magicians have magically found something other than the back of the net [my recall is entirely without effort] Pearce Beckham Batty Southgate Waddle etc... I mean, there simply shouldn't be that many without my even having to try to recall names. And I'm incredibly disinterested in England [legacy of no MLT] so my recall should be shoddy. EDIT: Don't tell me I remembered them all [save a possible Lineker miss in a friendly]..?
I think Lineker missed one once. It was in a friendly as I recall and I think it might have made him top England goal scorer if he'd scored. Of course, I could be completely wrong!
