Well - we've been pretty dire recently, but we've still got more points than Chelsea, and I reckon that might also be true at the end of the season.....

Could be. I'm hoping we win our three homes games and get a draw at Anfield.
What do you think your results at best will be?
Blackburn (H) win
Bolton (A) draw
Villa (A) win
Fulham (H) draw
That's eight points.
We need three wins (we have three homes) then to overtake you including beating Newcastle.
Newcastle need to drop points v City, Wigan or Everton. Then we are fourth.
At our best, both clubs are capable of winning all our remaining games. Currently we are nowhere near our best but you are close to yours. Nevertheless, you've not actually won a London derby yet this season and the Newcastle match is hardly a shoe-in. I would have thought us getting 8 points and you getting 9 was a reasonably likely outcome, but we could still finish above you on goal difference in that case. It is perfectly possible that Arsenal don't get more than two draws from their last three matches too: they've not won without Arteta all season. Newcastle have got by far the hardest run in but are full of confidence. Any one of the four teams can come anywhere between 3rd and 6th.
Yes - I was there - thanks for the reminder.Technically that's only true for the Prem as we've certainly won a little London derby 5-1....remember that?
