400k raised. What kind of **** is that? 400k? What is there? 500,000 fans around the world (250,000 went to Manchester remember). That works out at an average of 80p each. Big well done by ra way
54,000 scarfs sold. not too bad really is it? remember your average football punter doesnt own a computer. do you think the big house must stay open has a computer? does he ****
Foie Gras in North Lanarkshire Brussel's pate's still treated suspiciously in your neck of the woods.
We have it with chips (Maris Piper tatties, no less) and Heinz baked beans. None of yer rubbish for us.
**** off McCann sold shares to fans not scarves. If rangers sold all their shares to fans for say a grand each, every share would be bought within a day PS he sold 10,000 shares. but apparently the shares were £620 each 10,000 x 620 = 14,000,000? <sevillecalculator>
10,000 taking up the offer of investing a minimum of £620. <thickhuncalculator> "If rangers sold all their shares to fans for say a grand each, every share would be bought within a day"
If rangers sold all their shares to fans for say a grand each, every share would be bought within a day Really, so what happened when Murray tried to sell shares? Didnt he end up underwriting millions?
That was only available to existing shareholders, of which Murray owned over 80% of them. I wouldn't contribute anything to the fighting fund and wouldn't buy any shares if they were offered. I have better things to spend my money on than throwing it into a seemingly bottomless hole.
That's what I thought when the fund was started ... Why the **** would anyone contribute to a business without any return!
That's the thing, it is a134 million metres deep hole...there is no point to a fighting fund for rangers except as a brownie point in the Walter Smith knighthood campaign Liquidate, serve your punishment in lower divisions as newco and save your money for when it can make a difference
I actually agree with you. Why put in money when there is so much uncertainty surrounding the club? Surely, it would be better to keep your money and wait to see who the new owner is? If it's the BK's then the Rangers fans have a chance to invest then.
