Where have you got your taste for good music from? You really like the metal and mod stuff? I thought I was the only one with weird tastes in music!!

It's not that weird is it? I certainly didn't get my taste in music from my dad, as he's nearly 50 and listens to Beyonce and the Black-Eyed Peas. <laugh>

Woah there boy, I am nearly 50, and I like the Black Eyed Peas (wehehey, Fergie!!!!) but never, never, ever Bouncy!!!!! Prefer Snow Patrol, etc. in Modern music, so don't knock all people of a certain age!!!!!!!!

Riots in Hull when this hit the cinema, not to mention seat ripping and dancing in the aisles !
How you doing John ?

I fear I was actually there at either the Tower or Regent (I can't remember) in 1956 and I took this sheila to the Spencers Arms and got hopelessly pissed on Rum Peppermints.
Since then I have migrated to Oz and here is a very early "classic" of that really great Rocking Band AC/DC in their infancy at their 'earthy' best when Bon Scott was lead vocalist - one's mind has to boggle if they could possibly give a free concert on the main street of Melbourne these days - the traffic would stop for hours:
