Definite proof of a Nigerian scammer. Sooner or later questions will follow about your bank accounts ... be warned! :D

explain to me what goodwill is.

There is no mechanism to transfer the history of any Scottlsh football club. That is out. This has been explained to you already.

    Trading rights of what. Specifically.

The question was what would be sold to preserve the history. Players don't come in to that. Nor does Murray park.nor does Ibrox.

You have not explained anything of the sort! The reason being that Scottish football does not have laws that overrule the corporate laws of the country!

You know, the ones I posted here :

Today I will be demonstrating an example of a corporate entity who decided to go down the Pre-Pack route to leave creditors swinging, yet in the process maintained their history.

Yes, unbelievable I know! But the laws of this country really do allow it.

Right now, i can just about hear you asking 'but surely this was some wee hole in the wall operation! No big company could get away with this!'.

You would of course be wrong!

It was in fact the large multi-national DTZ.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/...perty/8934775/DTZ-sold-to-Australias-UGL.html

But given the musings journalists with undoubted financial qualifications such as Graham Speirs and Mark Hately, this should mean that the history of this institution is now confined to the record books!

Exploiting my own ingenuity, which obviously surpasses capability of the investigative journalists within Scotland, I used this amazing website called Google and typed in the letters 'D', 'T' and 'Z' and hit enter.

I went to the first link and it showed me these amazing facts!

    http://www.dtz.com/Global/Who_we_are/History?vgnLocale=en_GB

Holy cow! The business was alive and kicking with a full corporate history!

    Amazing I tell you!

It points, as I have said, to you being a Nigerian scammer or suchlike as spelling mistakes are a common feature with them ... but you've been rumbled.

There is no mechanism for the history of a club to be shifted from one entity to a new one.
The rest of your post relates to a company sold as a going concern. That is not what you are proposing.

    1. Aye there is, see this example :-

    2. Aye I am. The club would be sold as a going concern as it would result in the biggest return for investors. Remember, a business which is in financial difficulty, in danger of liquidation, can be sold as a 'going concern' as it is moving from a position of uncertainty to a position of security. See below :

"What are the benefits of a pre-pack administration?

    More jobs are preserved
Pre-packs preserve more jobs than business sales (i.e. a going concern sale of the business negotiated and arranged after the commencement of the insolvency procedure). In 92% of pre-pack cases, all of the employees were transferred to the new company which compares with 65% for a business sale. "
