    BBC describe the goals as;

Free kick scored by Clint Dempsey from long distance to the top right corner of the goal. Bolton 0-1 Fulham.

Clint Dempsey finds the net with a headed goal from inside the six-yard box. Bolton 0-2 Fulham.

    Sounds about right for Clint

But I don't if he scored with his left or his right.

Damien Duff is having a good game. We need to keep hold of players like him and Digger, Mr Jol!

EDIT: Etuhu on for Ruiz. That's a statement of intent!

Duff is having a tremendous game. Dempsey will get the plaudits, but what a player Duff (still) is.

    And that's 40 points.

Our next challenge - to keep hold of as many of our players as possible in the summer!

Really good performance today, glad to see my optimism paid off with my prediction of a FFC win. Thought Duff was absolutely outstanding today, left Alonso for dead most of the time and was unlucky on several occasions not to score. Also, how good was it to see us actually score from a set piece?! I honestly can't remember the last time we scored from a free-kick, Dembele against Wolves maybe?

One slight negative for me was Ruiz. I know Bolton are a physical team but he was pushed off the ball again far too easily and his final ball was seriously lacking. I'd have preferred Trotta come on for him and Dempsey drop back into midfield. Anyway, so good to see us actually push forward and not sit back on a lead.

After today's good away win, roll on Monday night against Chelsea (who were very lucky to get 3 points).
I hope that "The Pog" is back, since we need a striker. Clint Dempsey is still best from midfield.

Dempsey had a goal disallowed before he scored for correctly being offside, even though Duffs through ball had hit a Bolton player.
Great freekick 25 yards out from Dempsey into the top right hand corner, even though keeper got a hand to it.
Second goal Duff turned their left back inside out before crossing to Dempsey to leap in the center of the six yard box to head in.

Bolton pressured Fulham in the second half but Fulham broke away and Dempsey curled a shot just wide of the post. Then Duff
broke away and into the box only for Bogdan to save his low shot that was heading in.
Riise then pulled off a brilliant tackle on Ngog in the penalty area as he bears down on goal.
Riise is then involved in the 3rd goal as he takes the ball into area and crosses from the edge of the six yard box for Diarra to
    rush in and score.

It was an open game , everyone played well, good passing from Kacaniklic and Dembele, thought Ruiz played well teamed up well with Dempsey and Dembele,
Suprised we didn't miss Murphy, Duff was MOTM as he turned his markers numerous times and put in great crosses.

Very good win today. If we can nail our away form next season and turn a few of the draws into wins and a few of those narrow defeats into draws we could be a top 6 side. Very encouraging.

Er, I didn't really focus on this: "Dempsey's goals were his 14th and 15th of the season in the Premier League, putting him alone for fifth place in the scoring chart. Only Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney, Sergio Aguero and Demba Ba have more league goals. " (from http://www.goal.com/en-us/news/1614...t-dempsey-scores-21st-goal-in-win-over-bolton )
Yes, it's his last big contract, but as a Yank, I'm hoping he has the smarts to stay at home.

Just got back from Bolton. Long long day but well worth it. Was hoping for a point at best with our away form so well chuffed with the result.

Dempsey - what a legend! I'll be gutted if he goes in the summer.
