Rangers were hit with a large points deduction which falsifies the Scottish premier league to make it look like Motherwell have been as good as a team.

Manchester United's worldwide fan base more than likely id double that of Celtic and Rangers put together.

Look beyond the comparison of those 2 though, who is the next biggest in the SPL?
After manyoo and liverpool you have arsenal who get 60000 per game and several teams whose gates are 30000+

I didn't question their work rate. You cannot deny they are not as gifted as most players in other big games, and clubs.

Could Healy or Bougherra play in Inter vs AC, Galatasaray vs Fenerbache, Barca vs Real, Roma vs Lazio, Dortmund vs Bayern? No.

Yes they work hard, but to an extent, hard work only gets you so far. If the natural talent to play at the very top level isn't there, then they won't get there.

The Old Firm game is extremely passionate, but perhaps for the wrong reasons, and loses its sparkle when it is played 5 or 6 times a year. It is not one of the best matches in the world. It has passion, but the quality of football really isn't there when you look at other derbies that I previously mentioned.

To talk about those players:

This is Healy who scored 3 in 16 for Port Vale, 1 in 13 for Sunderland, 4 in 30 for Fulham, 1 in 12 for Ipswich (in the Championship too), 2 in 13 for Norwich and 29 in 111 for Leeds. What a superstar.

Oh and Bougherra, of Crewe, Sheffield Wednesday and Charlton Athletic. If he is so great, why was he always in our lower leagues? <doh>

And the final example, Mr. Stokes. 3 in 36 for Sunderland, 0 in 12 for Sheffield United and 1 in 13 for Crystal Palace. Super duper. <ok>

Is this the same Bougherra who was head and shoulders above any English player when Algeria made you look like diddies in the World Cup?

I think it is.

man city 71 points
Arsenal 58 points

Rangers 60 points
Motherwell 54 points

holy **** your right, no wait english is my second language i am getting confused, i actually meant wrong. <doh>
Well done you arsehat, rangers were deducted 10 points for non footballong reasons and if you put that 10 points back on then that leaves a 16 point gap. Your seriously gonna sit there and say Motherwell have the same credentials as arsenal/spurs/Chelsea?
****in northern monkeys.
