Got 9, must've spelt the 'keeper wrong when I tried it first time so that stumped me and the right cm would've kept me guessing forever, I didn't think he was there then.
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/spurs/News/spurs-to-face-liverpool-in-baltimore-300312.page? Playing Liverpool in preseason over in the US and the Red Bulls seem to have invented a new trophy for us to play them for.
New York Invitational Cup. Not sure whether Levy's made a mistake and entered us in a golf tournament, to be honest. Speaking of the FA Cup, the semi will kick off at 6pm on a Sunday. Plenty of time for the fans to get drunk and cause trouble then
i like the sound of 6 o clock..maybe people should learn to educate themselves and dnt see everything as an excuse to get pissed.
Sorry Dona, but I can't see anything remotely attractive about a 6 pm kick off on a Sunday evening. I realise the days of the good old 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon are a thing of the past, but 6 on a Sunday ??
Agree. Goes to extra time and penalties and people wont be leaving till 9 o'clock. On a Sunday that is quite late.
Why's it at 6pm? Viewing figures for TV or allowing for more available games for broadcast? Seems stupid to me, so it must be about the money.
Yep it's a big "**** you" to the fans that go to the games but what I don't get is that it could easily have been a 1pm game as the Spurs/Bolton game was canceled for that time.
I was thinking more along te lines of have a nice lie in....do my family man thing....grab a few smokes and a takeaway then settle infront of the box...unless one of you lads can get me 2 tickets...since i dont think ill qualify to get any.
I've applied for a ticket to Wembley, but having 136 loyalty points means I'm not particularly confident about getting one (would expect about 180 to be the threshold). So instead of being at the game I want to do the next best thing and go to a pub and watch it. But I've only just turned 18 so I haven't got much knowledge about which pubs around the Tottenham area would have the best atmosphere on a day like this, so can anyone give me any tips?? Thanks in advance!
Apparently having relatives who worked at Multiplex and knew six months in advance that the stadium wouldn't be ready for its deadline doesn't entitle you to calling The FA and claiming your hush money (or, in this case, tickets) It's clearly corruption...
