Exactly - they deliberately choose a load of bell ends who think they're the mutts nuts but are genuinely inept ****ers. Quality entertainment as far as I'm concerned. The only reason Sugar gives them £250k "of his own money" is because the bbc probably give him about £3 million for doing the show.

Sugar just picked the inventor last time anyway regardless of his performance on the show, which was terrible. He also favoured the Asian girl who had a great business plan despite being hated by all the other contestants and being totally unable to stand up for herself. The Apprentice is really a stealth comedy show, rather than a serious series encouraging business talent.
What a bunch of horrible hags tonight, that Irish lady is as mad as a hatter, and bringing her son into it in the boardroom, Sugar knew she was comedy value for later in the show so she was always going to be kept in. Might have a bet on that black fella to win, seems to have his head screwed on right and not a complete dick like most of them.
i had her card marked as a loony last week!If you mean the one who came up with the product idea? Yes i would he seemed switched on to what the modern world wants, and brought something political, that would get good press and made it viable.
I think the Irish lady isn't that bad was hardly her fault tonight, just most of the women are absolutely useless.
The Irish woman changed her mind on the candidates because Sugar pointed out she had picked the blonde woman for 'emotional' reasons, not very professional on her behalf. It's a bit like TWF picking Brownie as our manager despite most available evidence suggesting that he shot his bolt as a manager quite some time ago. She didn't like it all that blondie pointed out that she had irrrationally just chosen the product she thought was best and not the one that the market research suggested would work. The women are terrible I agree, a bit of a turnaround for the show because it's usually the men that are a lot worse.I'd have a bet on the black dude if I could be bothered to find out what his name is, but you usually find at the end Sugar picks the one that does crap in the tasks but keeps plugging away or has some sort of business plan he likes.
I like the analogy between you and the bonkers Irish lady TWF, in fact I find it very believable and appropriate!
I found out the black fellas name is Duane today, he stands out for me as one of the best candidates. I thought Blondie did a good job but was unlucky to lose, the Barrowboy helped her out again by trying to garner sympathy from Sugar by playing on his roots and made himself look out of his depth, they weren't going to fire Ricky Martin as he has some good comedy moments being a completely arrogant div. One of the best series for me so far as it is quite open as to who might win.
