    Why is everyone including Vermaelen in their team? Koscielny is comfortably better than him and Mertesacker is also better than him imo.

    Walcott has 7 goals and 9 assists in his 39 games over all competitions. Bale has 10 goals and 8 assists in 31 games.

    Goals and assists don't mean automatically mean you're a better player though. Chris Brunt has 1 goal and 6 assists in 23 games, Pedro has 1 goal and 3 assists in 20. Brunt is a decent player but he's not better than Pedro!

    Just realised they don't have assist stats for the FA Cup so he might have more but that site's generally quite good, they use OPTA for their Premier League stats although I wouldn't read too much into their strengths/weaknesses bit or the ratings. It's interesting stuff but stats only tell you so much.
