it's a ****ing joke that they've allowed season ticket holders to buy as many as they wanted. Ive been to 13 away games this season yet Big Si SFC hasnt been to a single one and he's got a ticket. Really pissed off about this
I agree, season ticket holders should get priorities, but not season ticket holders mates, the fact people are buying 5-6 tickets is simply outrageous
I would leave me out of this, you know nothing about me. I work most weekends and have a 5 month old baby. Money doesn't permit me to go to 13 games let alone 13 away games. Its my birthday around then so my Mrs asked a season ticket holder friend who was going if he could get me a ticket to go with him. Which he did. Don't really think that takes the piss? When my situation was different I had a season ticket from the season we moved to sms whilst living in Exeter and travelled back for every game. Plus a number of away games. So ****ing excuse me if I am happy about getting a ticket for this one. Maybe if your so loyal you should have A season ticket and you wouldn't have this problem. After all north London is a lot closer than Exeter!
TNLS, this is why you should not have a go at people on forums regarding attendance when you don't know their situation. It's not that Si doesn't want to be there, it's that he CAN'T always be there. The same way I can't and others can't. Fair play Si, have a smashing birthday present!
Firstly, Exeter is 114 miles from southampton, where as where im from in north London is 101, so there's 13 miles difference, Secondly it aint my fault you're broke. Why should you get preference to crystal palace over me, when ive been to alot more games than you this season? you can use all this distance/ money excuses but it still doesn't deny the fact i deserve a ticket more than you do.
What you looked the distance up? Ha ha. Don't recall saying I was broke? Just that money doesn't permit me to follow the team like I used to. I bet I am not alone in that respect. But again if your so loyal why do you not have a season ticket and if you do and it means so much why didn't you get a ticket when they went on sale? One could argue that you've been to enough away games and its only fair someone else gets a chance. DTLW, thanks mate hopefully it will be a cracking game.
If I had a season ticket holding friend I wouldn't feel bad about taking one...not as if the guy broke any rules...would you not do the same in his shoes?
Just to clarify, this is gonna sell out way before the evening of the game, right? Really annoying as i live 10 minutes from the ground. Seems strange that I got my Millwall ticket half an hour before kick off yet this is selling out so quickly.
This will be sold out. Millwall has a reputation and is still policed on that basis making the place pretty unwelcoming for away support. I'm hoping for a warm bank holiday, a few pre match drinks and a good sing song.
Expect a lot more whingeing about ticket availabilty next season. If you want to be sure of a match ticket get a season ticket. It benefits both the supporter and the club.
Second this fair play big Si I'm hoping you bring some birthday luck. I have a situation where I haven't been able to get a season ticket, me and my gf bought our first place last year and when it was season ticket time we didn't have enough cash however we have been to a couple of away games and every home game apart from the first game against Leeds which was on sky. I have got us palace tickets as my dad and bro are ST holders so I guess at least If you don't have a ST yourself you should possibly be a little bit more friendly to people (hint hint north London saint) and maybe you might have got a pal to get them for you? Just saying.....
got on to the ticket office 3 times but they couldn't hear me but managed to get through on someone elses phone and got 3 restricted viewing seats!Better not be too bad a view now!
Just swagged myself a restricted view ticket through booking online. I couldn't actually get on to the website earlier due to the volume of traffic!
Got through to ticket office at 9.02 this morning to be told there were no tickets left, despite the official site there were 150 going on general sale. They told me there were 500 more restricted view tickets, but they didnt have them yet,so couldnt take bookings for them, but to try again at 10am. Got through and got 2 restricted view tickets. Anyone know how restricted the view is likely to be?
I'm not bothering with restricted view. I went to the carling cup match and got a normal ticket and the view was ****! So god knows what the restricted view tickets will be like!
In what way was the view bad??Were there poles in the way or did the roof of the stand impare the view??The atmosphere will be class so i'm just happy to be there!Didn't want to be with the home fans like at Watford!
People moaning about restricted view, clearly never went to the Dell. The Milton must have been the only stand without any kind of restriction... Also, FWIW, I haven't got a ticket yet but will probably go hospo as the Arthur Wait is a ****hole.
