no he wasnt. he was on top of the electric advertising boards which are closer to the pitch than they are the satnd. they are about 2-3 metres from the touch line
If by 'govan stand' you mean he was standing on the advertising hoardings several yards in front of the Govan stand, then you're spot on, harry.

Isn't it great coming into the important part of season stress free , this year the top 6 fixtures can be worked out fairly . Two of the last three season Rangers missed out on their hardest away trip 2008 Rangers only went to Tynecastle once , 2011 Tannadice once, both teams had finished third the previous season .Yet the only team that have moaned about the fixtures were Rangers !!!!that dignified club
