    Don't think Allardyce is playing mind games..I think he genuinely depressed and depressing. Can you imagine Adkins in the same position....there are still lots of points to play for, we are in a fantastic position, where we wanted to be at the start of the season, one game at a time, control the controllables, fantastic group of players etc. If WHU win their game in hand, they go into the Reading game with a chance to jump over them into 2nd. Hardly the end of the world is it?

    I've always liked Big Sam. I find him refreshingly honest in an arena full of those who avoid answering questions. I think his answer is exactly that - an honest assessment of the position!
