    Best British band of its era. Saw them twice, Chapman passing spliffs out into the audience. Have all their albums, I think. Burlesque is probably their best loved song. Earthy vocals mixed with excellent muscians mixing Brit Blues with Folk. Had a sense of humour on their albums as well.

    Missus is watching one of the endless bloody talent shows on TV so I'm wearing headphones and listening to Blue Mink.
    Stay with Me had to be one of the love songs of the 70s. And Gasoline Alley Bred shows off their vocal talents.

    Total change now to my all time favourite composer. A bit of a nasty piece of work, but by Christ, he could write some music.
    I could listen to Wagner all day.

    My ambition is one day to go to the Bayreuth Festival. I won't be holding my breath though.

    If I remember rightly, the last part of Beethoven's 5th was used for the Lowenbrau advert a while ago.
