    For once, I have to agree with harry. He was occasionally sensational, but was ineffective in too many games. He was also too one-footed - if he could've used his right foot, he'd have been a world beater.

    Trevor ,Davie Provan used to get selected 9 out of 10 times before him to play for Scotland , on his day don't get me wrong Cooper was unplayable .He actually impressed me more in his ageing years playing for Motherwell
