The head of my company is a binner. Inspired by Danny Baker's wear the shirt you hate fund raiser I am wearing Ipswich tie and cufflinks on Friday and he is being permitted to wear similar City attire. We will raise just over £100 for Sport Relief. But when we handed over the ties this morning I find myself asking "is it worth it?"

Maestro he is putting in more cos he is paid considerably more. However pledges have moved to £175 so worthwhile.

People run the london marathon in all sorts of ridiculous costumes.Wearing an Ipswich shirt is the next step up.
