The head of my company is a binner. Inspired by Danny Baker's wear the shirt you hate fund raiser I am wearing Ipswich tie and cufflinks on Friday and he is being permitted to wear similar City attire. We will raise just over £100 for Sport Relief. But when we handed over the ties this morning I find myself asking "is it worth it?"

As long as it doesn't burn you!

But on a serious note, I've always thought rivalries should stay with football. Not religion such as the celtic/rangers rivalry. So, for charity, I think you're fine!

I take it that your boss is also paying for the privilege of wearing superior tie and cufflinks for the day.

Couldn't do it I'm afraid, I would just give the money to the charity. I could never put on a 1p5wich shirt NEVER !

My brother-in-law is a Binner and he once came round to visit my wife when I wasn't there. He got her to take a picture of him sitting in my armchair while he was wearing his 1p5wich shirt then posted the bloody picture on facebook ! <grr>

Do they still make those huge tins of beans? Blimey that brings back some memories, my mate Taffy once ate a whole tin of those and drunk a Watneys party 7 for a bet. We didn't see him for 3 days????

ILD OTBC

But the smell still lingers in some quarters!

Sorry, there isn't enough money in the world to make me wear an Ipswich shirt.

If it was to save mankind in a sort of Armageddon style scenario I "may" do it, but I would have to stifle my vomit at the same time and also stipulate that there are no photo's to be taken of the said event.

Never mind mankind, what if was just City supporters?

It would be like one of those strange movie type moments when you see a kid getting bullied and all the other kids stand round him pointing to him whilst teasing and laughing at him until he bursts into tears and runs off.

You know, the kid with a 70's basin type hair cut.
