Yeah, great night. Results with us as well a SUPERB performance. But what about Leeds 3 Forest 7. A team we beat twice wins at a ground where we should have lost 6-1. This is the best league. I'm going to miss it if we get out of it - and count not a single chicken fellow Saints.

I wouldn´t go as far as saying I would miss it, but it is a cracking league. To get out of this division is very hard and to think we are not far off from doing it in our first season coming up from league 1, emulating Norwich, is immense. COYR!!

If anything we will have done better because we will have been up there all season.

Absolutely. If the Prem is half as good as this League for competition, it'll actually be fine.

The gap between first and fourth has suddenly blown up to fourteen points as contenders fell off the pace, and fourth and ninth are separated by three points after today...and that's more separation than there was the day prior, and one of the more threatening clubs of late (before that 7-3 loss) is still lurking behind them.

Then you have Leicester, whose millions have bought them a neck-and-neck race for thirteenth with Watford; Forest, the pre-season automatic promotion contenders who only found their way out of the bottom three with ten games remaining, and Palace, the penniless bunch that everyone expected to bring up the rear, now undefeated in ten and making a late push for the playoffs.

Everything about the Championship is demented.

And at a time when commentators are pretty much unanimously agreeing that the Championship is at the best level it's been at (in terms of narrowing the gap between it and the Premiership) since they can remember. Still, Forest result show we cannot rely on anything - every game is a new challenge, and we have to treat each one (as I'm sure Nigel is) with respect. Pompey hitting form just before we play them...? Surely not.
