Anyone listening to Talk ****e with Keys and Gray?

Richard Keys is proving to be the hairy, **** stained twat he normally is and is taking the piss regarding that infamous day when we were relegated and Bristol City and Coventry played out a draw to relegate us. They were delayed kick of due to crowd issues (have they ever had a decent one) and that pointy chin'd ****ers jimmy hill announced over the tannoy that if both teams played out the game, both would stay up.

FA cleared their own man (there's a surprise eh) and the world went on.

I have hoped and prayed for Coventry to go out of existence ever since. They are just below the craas on my despise list.

Well they are in the drop zone at the moment, and the 2 below them have both played a game less.

Also they are 4 points of the next team, so you may soon get your wish mate.

****ing detest Coventry for exactly the reason shown by Cest - to delay a kick off due to "Crowd issues" when there were 15000 less at their game than there was at ours is a disgrace - If the game had started and both needed a draw regardless then that's one thing - but as Jimmy ****ing ****er Hill announced it made it no more than match fixsing in my opinion - if that happened nowadays you can gurantee hefty fines and penalties for clubs involved - disgraceful club and if they go out of existence then that'd be one more hatred gone

Not fussed about Coventry at all. We are where we are and they are where they are and as it stands today, that is good enough for me. I wouldn't enjoy watching the club go out of business as it's much more fun observing Coventry fighting to avoid relegation to league one or to be relegated to league one.

I'd happily see them playing Darlington in a year or two.

I detest their club, fans and especially that dirty, cheating ugly twat Hill.

May well be an age thing but I remember that day well - even though I was a kid at the time hatred knew no bounds and to this day I would be happy if both Coventry and Bristol City went out of business.

This happened the first year I really got into football so especially sticks in my mind - and throat

Don't forget as well the season we got relegated after getting beat by Wimbledon and Coventry stayed up at Spurs - game delayed again supposedly due to traffic congestion- even though FA had done their usual announcement about all games starting at same time, and all Sunderland fans ahd managed to get to London in time.

Try not to think about them too much but when I do it all comes flooding back..................

Didnt they pull a similar stunt in 1996/97 when we got relegated on the last day away to wimbledon?

I didn't realise it was that long ago - I remember watching it and though it was in the 80's but must've watched some program re-running it or something as I was only 2 the first time - unless I really have that good a memory (I don't!! As the wife) - I know my Dad detests them as well and maybe he was watching something on it that I remember - or it may be a subliminal memory that has been instilled into me!

I do remember the one in the 90's wehn they did it again though (Against Spurs I believe!) ****ing hate Coventry

I'm with Cest on this one.

I remember than painful night well.

If we'd just been relegated due to being ****e, OK, but that cheating bastard Jimmy Hill and his match-fixing Coventry team just took the piss. I ****ing hate them.

May they be relegated season after season.

I too am with Cest on this. I remember it well.

I also hate Coventry for hanging around the top flight like a bad smell, playing nondescript football and get-out-of-jail free cards for bloody years. I was sooo happy when they went down.

I also loathe Jimmy Hill, who's a smug, slimy, cheating, toe-rag.

When you start spending so much time whining about other SAFC supporters and trying to put them down, it's time to let go!

I'm with Cest, I ****ing hate and detest everything to do with Coventry and Jimmy Hill!
Hill should have been brought up for inciting our fans, when he had to be led away by the police. (Think it was at Fulham.)

Why on earth should you still be reading my mindless drivel?

Who the **** are you, to tell us, who we can and can't hate?

If you didn't agree with the theme of the thread, stay the **** out!

Is it a long way down from that high horse you ride upon?
