Realistically what are we all expecting from the next 3 games (Hull away, Doncaster home, Blackpool away). If we are going by win your home games draw your away, that will give us 77 points, meaning west ham will have to gain 10 points from 4 games and reading 7 from 3 (note they play each other during this period). What im trying to get at is, we may draw 2 out of our next 3 games and as long as we win the other one, neither west ham or reading can both go above us as they play each other meaning someone has to drop points.. so please dont panic if we draw tomorrow night and reading win meaning they will be level on points with us as I feel we should take the remaining games in blocks of 3, aiming for a points total from each one in whatever form they come
 
I think it'll be somewhere between 5 and 7 points. As you said, that should be enough to keep us top.

That would be bloody superb, but i think maybe a little optimistic. Hull and Blackpool are to good teams and Donny have proved to be hard to beat taking points off of all the top 3 teams. I think if we can get 5 points from our next 3 then we should say job well done and move on.
 
This is a good point OP. I think if the Doncaster home game was first and we drew it, considering your blocks of three strategy, we'd certainly be feeling the pressure for the two away games. There is no shame in drawing up at the KC especially if we grab the 3 points against Donny.

However I have a feeling we've gotten the hang of playing on these bumpy pitches and play with a more direct away style that might just see us test Hull's resilient defence tomorrow night.
 
I'm expecting four points. Five points would be good, six points would be great, seven points would be fantastic, and nine points would be promotion in the bag.

I agree with this, I feel that both saints and Reading's unbeaten streaks will come to an end soon and I feel ours may end v Blackpool
 
I'm feeling optimistic for the next three games! :D yes they are all tough games but I feel we are unbeatable at the moment! I want 7 points :)
 
I would be happy with a point tonight. Hull are a very good team and tough to break down.
We really should beat Doncaster but I don´t think it will be easy at all, they have a lot to play for. Hopefully they will attack us and give us space to do what we do best.
Blackpool is going to be another very tough game but they are an attacking team, more so than Hull and Doncaster, which is good for us. I think we can win that one.

....7 from 9 for me.
 
I would be delighted with 7 but ultimately it depends how Reading and the Hammers do. At least as many points as them, with maintaining the gap between us and third is the main thing.

One other thing. It's strange how many threads we had earlier in the season claiming that, "the next 6 games define our season" when it was patently not true. Now that it is, not a sausage. Just as well. I can't really cope with more than one game at a time and my nerves are still shredded from Saturday.

That was from the people who were panicking when we were on a bad run
 
I would be fairly happy to stay undefeated and pick up 5 points. If we can get a point at Hull and Blackpool I would see that as a job well done. The home game with Doncaster on the other hand is a must win game.

If we lose tonight then it will make victory in the Blackpool game all the more important.

If we were to pick any more than 5 points it would put us in a very strong position for the remaining 6 games.
