Last ever meal?

    If I were a condemned man on death row with 24 hours left to go and was offered the choice of 'any' last meal, My choice would be.

    STARTER.

    Prawn puree on a paratha bread.

    MAIN.

    chicken pathia, special rice, and chilli garlic naan bread.

    The above dishes would have to be cooked by the guys at the Blue Ginger in Whitchurch because that is by far and away my favourite curry house!!

    DESSERT.

    Not really a dessert person, but hey, its your last one, so it has to be profiteroles with cream.


    All washed down with as much Thatchers Gold as I could get down my neck..


    Would yours be more 'upmarket' with no cost restraints or would just go for your everyday favourites?

    Apart from the obvious pasty from the Memorial ground mine would be.

    Chicken Pakora starter

    Chicken Madras with Mushroom rice and a keema nan. Washed down with a few Kingfishers.

    Pre Starter - 5 pints of Stella in the Yeoman
    Starter - Prawn Puri
    Main - Nagawala Chicken and mushroom rice and a cheese nan bread
    Dessert - another 5 pints of Stella in the Yeoman

    Italian but from the best Italian I have tasted in Dequesa Marina Costa Del Sol, Il Capatino
    Starter - Buchetta Bread
    Main - Chilli Rigatoni
    Desert - Strawberrys with whipped ice cream
    All washed down with Corona Lager lots of it!!

    All this has followed a game of Golf on many of the Costa Del Sol's golf courses!
