Barca v Madrid final for sure. They are in a different class to anyone else. It'll be a struggle to pull off an upset over 2 legs
I'm a bit provincial..only watch games with an English club in it. At this part of the competition I suppose all games are potentially difficult...bet everyone wanted Apoel.
Funny, that Everyone's writing off Bayern Munich. They not be as desirable as Real Madrid or Barcelona, but I think they have just as much a chance of winning the competition as anyone else
I am not writing them off. I said there was the potential for a Barca-Madrid final and that I could see that happening. I think Bayern could beat Real - in Mario Gomez they have arguably the most in form striker in Europe and they have quality in Robben, Ribery, Schweinsteiger, Muller and Lahm. They are more than capable of winning the Champions League.
Come on APOEL! But I can't see them getting out of that alive...
The odds are well and truly stacked against them - could be worth a cheeky tenner though...
I watched them against Lyon twice, they played some good stuff, watch out for Constantinos Charalambidis and Gustavo Manduca. But really, I can see them possibly snatching a draw at home but then getting hammered at the Bernabeu.
Constantinos Charalambidis has to be the longest player name in football !
They've also got a centre-back called Kaka on loan from Hertha BSC - Imagine if he had played alongside our old Pele in the heart of defence !

Would it be too conspiracy theory to say it looks like spanish clubs are set up so they can play the final? Not sure i'm fully sold on the idea but members of others boards have the same sort of opinion, chelsea vs barca a few years back would be another case i spose? Anyone else?
A little bit. There was a 50% chance of them not meeting until the final. Anyway, if it was set up for them to play in the final, why did they meet in the semi's last year?
