After the Stoke game
Came a trip to Spain
For PL and all, to regroup,
No bad thing at all
As we look to haul
Those final points into the coop

A wee bit of sun
When all´s said and done
And maybe a touch of olé,
Could set them up well
For the final spell
Between now and the start of May

They deserve a break
And before we take
On Wigan, two big games there´ll be,
Which could do a lot
To preserve our spot
Whatever the outcome Sunday

Bolton - QPR
And then Wolves, who are
At home to Blackburn, are two scraps,
Where a win is gold
And defeat is cold
While a draw wouldn´t close any gaps

So the aim in Spain
Has been to regain
Momentum and some renewed force,
That we hopefully
Will presently see
As we get ourselves back on course. OTBC

Hi RBF, you can't beat a bit of sunshine to help with the bonding, not that our crew have any bonding to do, pulling as they are, all in the same direction!

All being well, this weekend could go a long way to preserving our status!

<ok>

Wonder if there's any evidence that these type of breaks pay dividends in terms of results? Nobody would begrudge the players the trip, but I wouldn't be surprised if the stats were to show that they are actually counter-productive or at best make not a jot of difference in terms of points gained.
