Batt put in 85 mins on Monday night v 9 man Southend with Neil Harris up front. Batt played ok (picked up a yellow) - but will Gary's arrival push Battman to the bench? Crawley are throwing the kitchen sink at getting into the play offs.

Gazza is saying he needed some security - but he's been a top man for Bees when fit.

Will never forget his Wembley goal.

I watched most of the Southend v Crawley game and thought Batt had a decent game
