After yesterdays shower of **** quite a few players need dropping. There probaly will be new players coming in and with Diomansy Kamara at the game yesterday he probaly will sign . So heres my team

    Weale

    Naughton
    Bamba
    Vitor
    Mee

    Gallagher
    Wellens
    Abe
    Dyer

    Waghorn
    Kamara

    Subs

    Ricardo
    Bruma
    Berner
    Oakley
    King
    Vassell
    Yakubu

Vassell was absolutly crap yesterday. King has been crap for the last few games and could do with a rest. He will be the only player playing next week as internationals. And we will probaly be chasing Wilshere all afternoon. Yakubu needs to pull his finger out his arse and try harder.

Ricardo needs to be dropped because he is crap. He cost us a goal again yesterday. As Nugent scored Ricardo was on the floor, do you think Weale would of.

I want some change, i feel we HAVE to mix the team up more or we are going to continue down this road

    Weale

    Berner
    Bamba
    Vitor
    Naughton

    Dyer
    King
    Wellens

    Gally

    Kamara
    Waghorn

Mee was error strewn yesterday, was embarassing at times, his moments of brilliance dont make up for his moments of insanity. LLOYD, LLOYD WILL TEAR YOU APART...AGAIN! We need him back down the left, he looked like the only player with any creativity when he came on yesterday. Yak and Vassell need to learn that they cant get away with poor performances and keep their places regardless, therefore i suggest an entirely different front 2. Dropping vitor for bruma was an odd move. Bruma didnt have a terrible game but there was no reason to drop Vitor what-so-ever. Ricardo...well...its beyond a joke.

Was there any reason to drop Vitor for Bruma?

Vitor scores 2 and keeps a clean sheet and then gets dropped. Very strange

Both those team selections sound alright. I'd prefer Gally in the position that Sven is a fox puts him in though. I really think that's his best position.

I wouldn't drop Mee, he was poor yesterday but has shown glimpses of being a very good left back.

We need a shake up for sure. But I'm not expecting anything.

I originally thought that Vitor had been dropped for his size against the lads from Portsmouth he would come up against. They certainly had some big guys with Hreidarsson, Kitson, Halford and Nugent. Ricardo got flattened for their goal yesterday and i think that if he hadn't come for the ball he'd have been slaughtered by us and as he did he still gets slaughtered. I do agree he makes some mistakes with his movement, however you've got to remember the howlers Weale has done over the past few seasons i.e. Derby and Bristol City. I get the impression from fans on here that because he had a couple of good games leading up to him being dropped that he's suddenly Shilts or Banksy. What you have to remember is that Sven got Ricardo in which then put the wind up Weale and he realised he had to raise his game which he did. We have to stand by our team and back Sven as he is a very good Manager who WILL get us to the promised land i'm sure. I do get a frustrated as everyone else on here when the results go against us but i try to stay positive

In Sven we trust....... Well i do ;-)

Ricardo will get slaughtered no matter what he does now, true.

But if you are going to come off your line, you either punch it well away or catch it, it's a simple as that. He didn't do either.

I also thought Vitor might have been dropped because of the height of their attackers, but Sven didn't say that in his post match. He struggled to say anything in fact. Stringer said it was 'difficult to understand the decision'. Sven said 'yes' and then mumbled a lot. He just about said 'I think Bruma is one of the best players we've got'.

It was clear from that interview that he didn't really have an excuse, or that he couldn't say the excuse. It seems very obvious that Chelsea are calling the shots.

    Emilio,

My other thought about Vitor was that he may have picked up a slight injury from the previous week cos he'd only just come back after a while off. As for the Ricardo issue i can't help looking at him and thinking how small he is for a goalie, not sure how tall he is but every other goalie that comes here with other teams are built like brick outhouses. I was pleased yesterday that the crowd didnt get on his back like previous weeks or shout for Weale again. As for Svens interview yesterday i think he was truelly as frustrated as us and couldn't fathom out why we were so lacklustre in parts. I think come the summer if we don't get to the playoffs and its looking like that Sven will have the nucleus of his team in Wellens and Gally and build round them. Regarding the rumours flying around the papers about this Everton link with Kingy and a swap for the Yak, i definitely think there's some truth in that cos 1 he's not signed up yet as the others have and he skirts around it when asked in interviews.

We will see... watch this space

If Kingy doesn't sign and is sold to Everton then thats not lack of ambition from the club but from the player.

If he doesn't want to play for the badge but for the wage slip then fine, just not for us.

Obviously I want him to stay but we have enough money-grabbers as it is.
