Why not have three mascots? After all we have Captain Canary, Splat the Cat and the Aviva Lima. As well as cameos from over the years from Captain Canaries' girlfriend, Sportasaurus and the giant mobile phone from a few years back

Can anyone remember the squad number for the Aussie who shall not be mentioned? I feel a sense of responsibility.

Had a quick look on www.ex-canaries.co.uk but they didn't list a squad number. Did find something that shocked me on his page though

"On 13th March 2010, it was announced that Michael had signed a three year contract with the Brisbane Roar. In his first season, he surprisingly set an Australian A-League record of going 876 minutes without conceding a goal."

He conceeded seven in one game for us in the third tier of English football and then went 9 1/2 games without conceeding in the top flight in Australia. What does that say about the standard of Aussie football?

It's a lot harder to shoot upside down. The ball keeps falling off the pitch.

He was actually crowned A.League Goalkeeper of the year that year too! That smarted a little. Glad he's done alright actually but I don't think the Norwich hall of fame will be debating this one.

I'll bagsy the number 3 shirt if it's ok with you guys. I'll just sit tight and do my stuff with little nonsense and fuss made! I can also whip in a devilishly good cross when needed!

I also propose that Gandy should take up a Vinne Jones kind of role! In my experience, he nails most dissenters to the wall if they cross him!!!

Right, I've started the ball rolling and given myself the No.6 shirt. Perhaps Dave or Maestro would like to put a sticky up (ooh err missus!), with everyone's squad numbers which could be added to?

My wife and I went shopping in Morisons last night, does that count? Lidls is just across the road and of course he played for Liverpool. Holt could play for Waitrose!
