To be honest Syd I don't think there has been that much name calling. Roger lost it a bit but he is prone to that. I think Badger is a big lad and will survive.

Well just my tuppence worth. Feelings run high & it's just natural for people to stick up for their own club, I think we can all be blinkered.
99% of the Mags that come over here are bloody good lads. There are however, 2 or 3 that come on purely to wind up, no other reason. Now maybe there are some of ours who do the same to them, I wouldn't know as I don't go over there much.
It has however, been made clear to us that we just have to put up with it whilst they simply don't tolerate it.
I have 2, or is it 3 in my block list, (no chappy, not you), but I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of telling them who they are, lol.
I enjoy the banter as much as anyone & God knows, I've lost it a few times. I have wummed a few times but it's the incessent wumming of a certain 1 or 2 that's stopping some of the old regulars posting.
Also, all this inbred, unwashed stuff really gets on my tits. From both sides I mean. Wherever you go there are good & bad folk, from the smallest village to the biggest city.

I don't see the point in wumming although I am prone to it sometimes myself, but I try not to be. I do believe some people are driven to it when they get attacked for giving football opinions. If a mag comments on a post, he often gets shot down, which leads to people just thinking "**** it, I may aswell piss him off". Both sides could definitely do something about it IMHO.
The problem is this us/I RED AND WHITE GLASSES ON you and the other Mags who post on here BLACK AND WHITE GLASSES ON!!! Its not rocket science to see we aint ever going to see eye to eye.
I had a beer with 3 geordies after the game who were gutted as they expected us to take a spanking and go home and were not happy with the draw. Then at work I spoke with a load of mags over the moon with the draw. Me I would have took the draw the minute Sess got sent off.
All the crap that has followed is us sticking up for our manager and players and your lot doing the same for your manager and players.....again no supprise there. I dont know why we get so wound up about things sometimes its just the way it is. If it is a problem start watching a different sport.

I think MON is spot on. It's all well and good Pardew bitching about our lads, but he's said nowt about blatant play-acting from the forehead-on-legs and the fact that their lads were giving as good as they got.

I had to laugh at Seb Larsson, you lot put the ball out of play when one of our players was down, we gave it back to you as a throw in. Larsson was kicking off with our players, holding his arms out wide for about 10 seconds, obviously complaining about the sportsmanship.
Well Mr. Larsson, you aren't no gem. I seem to remember a certain Mr. Larsson running over to the Linesman in the last derby screaming that the ball hit his head.

It'll die down I'm sure. A lot of the 'topics' on the Sunderland board are still about us and the derby, so until they fade away for good mags will be hanging around.
