Did I miss something?

No mention of Taye Taiwo playing, or on the bench for the Everton game, or indeed any post since then.
I don't recall him being mentioned as having suffered an injury prior to that game, although I seem to remember him being substituted (as a precaution) during the previous game - at least I think I do??

He was on the bench - saw him warming up. Came off v Fulham with what looked like cramp.

I saw him too, got a nice round of applause from the E.Paddock, Upper and Lower Loft as he warmed up. We didn't need him on Saturday. The defence did a sterling job.

Never. Every other poster should be as much of a sad bastard as me and know everything about football and every minute detail about QPR.

some of us may not have the knowledge or the wherewithal, let alone time or energy to keep up with regular/popular posters, but with a little 'understanding' we may all have something to offer this board. and you, queenslander, see you saturday night you harsh b@stard

Twas only a joke.

i know that watford, but seriously, i do think we should all be a little more welcoming, when we see a newbie dipping his toe in to test the water. we need eachother.

You're probably right but if a they flee after a bit of gentle ribbing then I fear for them when we get relegated, in 2 months or 20 years, and are back at Walsall and Crewe. Being a QPR fan is a great way to develop a thick skin.

There is a serious point hidden beneath all this banter. Taiwo didn't look too great in the appearences he has made and seems to be well off the pace of the PL. It was no surprise when the excellent Traore replaced him, injury or no injury. He came to us with a reasonable reputation but something of a mystery around why Milan were letting him go. Is he good enough?

true say qpaaaaagh, i honestly thought taiwo was gonna be a blinding signing but has struggled generally, whilst traore has been everything i hoped for in a young, promising player, with more to come, i'm sure. he will be a great player soon, hope he's still with us then.

He's good to have on the bench now anyway! Unfortunately he and Traore didn't seem to fit together, but that could change. I agree Traore looks the better LB now at least.
