A, Peterborough H On the face of it West Ham look like they have the more difficult games but as this season has proved thee are no easy matches and every side still has something to play for. It's going to stay tight. COYR!!
It also has to be said West Ham seem to prefer the difficult games. We all thought away games at Blackpool and Cardiff could have proven difficult. So come on Watford & Doncaster, West Ham at their place is a doddle! We need Reading to get a jolt, but their fixtures all look very winnable. Will Reading be this season's Huddersfield? Our lot coped well with the pressure last season, so they have the experience. This could be telling, in the same way that Coventry and Saints got used to relegation scraps every year and so often came through them. Nervous, moi?
Morning Channon. I'm also nervous but at the same time quietly confident. I think Reading will blip, not tonight probably, but soon,
I think West Ham will lose at Leeds, Warnock has got them fired up. Reading will slip up due to the manager of the month curse! Everyone else did which makes me glad that NA hasn't won it.
Everyone thought we would lose at Cardiff, this is our record away to the top 10 southampton, lost Reading, lost Blackpool, won Boro, won birmingham, drew brighton, won cardiff, won hull, won Leeds, still to play. so you see we have a good record against the top clubs, one thing is for sure southamptons style of play suited leeds style on the night obviously they couldnt turn their dominance into goals, but leeds will find it tougher against west ham because of the type of football we play, dont get me wrong i am not saying the hammers will win far from it, but dont take it for granted that because of the way leeds played against the saints they can reproduce it against west ham. All the best, Brooking
I'm not taking it for granted - I'm not saying West Ham will lose, it's just my opinion. If I am wrong you are welcome to tell me I told you so.
Off to work soon, so I'll leave you with my latest BBC Predictor upload [click on the image to enlarge]: And yes, I did allow for the odd slip up.
I can't see Pompey escaping this season, but it's interesting to see Reading dropping off in your predictor. I'm taking one game at a time and worrying every time!
