Well, after some gentle persuasion from our leader Captain Jack, I have finally signed up.
Since the old 606 finished, I have only posted on the official forum, which is all very well, but there is one aspect that I have missed enormously....

I have kept a close eye on things, and am amazed at Wize's resilience under pressure, and that ShinyBrain still sounds as though he's about 8 years old.
And of course there's Natch, LanLodger and the rest.
Where's 1team by the way. Now, he was a tool. A real keyboard warrior until someone leaked his real name. Then he was on his toes faster than the East End.

last few days the 82ers have decided that they wont tolerate anymore wums.
basically this is how it went in my opinion and how it certainly looks anyway......
we did poor and got relegated. they wummed us a lot as you can imagine.
then they were doing **** and we gave wums back and rightly so.
but they got all upset about it and introduced a rovers/city banter thread which is on both boards so the banter/wums can be in just 1 place.
therefore their threads can be left alone (dispite our thread getting ruined when they did it to us).
that thread crossboard banter thread died out and wasnt used for ages as both side doing poor (city under millen and us with buckle).
so things fell back to normal.
then city improved when mcinnes took over and as we were still doing poor under buckle, the wums returned again at us.
now city are doing ****e again and we got mcghee doing well, we were getting our own back again.
however last few days they have re-introduced the banter thread and wont tolerate banter/wums anywhere else on their board!
obviously they love giving it but cant take receiving it.
so then, if you want banter with the 82ers then start it in the 'dedicated' banter thread. or feel free to start a new banter thread if you like on our board if its to do with a different subject like what YOBG has done with his complaints procedure thread lol. im sure those reds who likes the banter like shiny will still come on our board and join in. plus all us gasheads will banter on it too
if however you decide to ignore the advice, no problems with me, im not telling anyone what they can or cant do. only issue you may have is that the city mods might ban you from their board only. they dont mind you commenting on their threads but on good taste and respectful/constructive things only.
try not to cross thread using general chat as folk who use general chat get a little upset. they are a funny bunch but their comments are a bit darker (take a look at the general chat board to see for yourself what i mean) so if you dont want your thread ruined with inappropriate stuff (especially if your at work, last thing you want is a pic of gay dudes doing things (like what chris and spunky get up to) and then your boss walks pass may not go down too well!)
anyway my friend, welcome aboard
. pretty much anything goes on our board, anything really offensive like racism etc will get deleted though. if you have any questions you can always send me or YOBG a private message but the site is easy to use. if you know any gasheads who would be interested then get them signed up. more of us the better the interaction and laughs will be. dont really want this like the OS forum though. were like family on here so we dont want the bickering like what is on the OS.
so I would probably avoid talking to them unless you want some teds getting angry about everything
