Would rather have Bent upfront by himself rather than Welbeck, bit of a blow he's out for 3 months.

'England team for tomorrow?' - There was a time when a majority of fans cared.

Couldn't give a flying f**k who plays.

As for Stuart Pearce - I give up. Another Peter Taylor - Unemployable.

Not a fan of Gerrard as a human being, but he needs to start if we're going to have any chance at consistency and stability leading up to the Euros. By the way, Robin Van Persie is going to get injured tomorrow. It's inevitable.

CJS has picked the team I'm expecting.

if i was the manager then my team would be

-----------AOX

-----Sturridge Welbeck

were tyring to win for **** sake <laugh>
and lets face it if he cant get past our defence at an attempt of 180 minutes he's got no chance <laugh>

a lot of you thought he would fail at championship level. now he is top scorer in your league by 4 clear goals. i hope saints go up to see what he can do in the prem.

Still cant understand why Ryan Shawcroft keeps getting over looked for the squad as he has been a solid defenders over the last few seasons, but guess its playing for stoke that is the problem, same as Crouch who has one of the best goal records for england but never gets a chance anymore.

For England: Wayne Rooney has scored 3 goals in 16 games. Crouch has scored 8 goals in 12 games.

Maybe this is where we go wrong that players are picked on who they play for and how much they get paid instead of who is in better form and plays best in the team.

Think someone like Sturidge would play well off of someone like Crouch.
