The normal procedure is to give the money for the tickets after the tickets have been received and the event has went ahead. Rangers did not pay people the money after they received the tickets and the event went ahead. We're not the ****s here.
Lock them oot We'll have a party (no jelly and ice cream) because for all we know it could be our swan song.
Who in their right mind would pay Rangers up front for anything? How the **** are Celtic in the wrong here?
but we payed you up front on request. You should of returned the gesture but no lawell likes to make a scene doesnt he? I hope to **** we lock you out.
Because at some point in the near future there's likely to be decisions to be made that will ascertain what happens to Rangers. Celtic will be a big part of that decision making. Now, considering you've already ****ed off ICT, Dunfermline, Hearts and Dundee Utd do you really want to piss off Celtic as well?
It's brilliant, isn't it? I wouldn't lend Rangers a lawnmower just now - they've reneged on deals with Hearts, United and Dunfermline and the Record and yer desperates are getting all worked up about Lawwell not paying these chancers in advance. I say we make them sign an affa davit saying they promise to pay their way to their contemporaries while they're still contemporaries. It's the only decent thing to do .
I don't think you can - it was against the old Scottish Premier League rules (I'm sure Harry's told you why ) and, unless the SPL scrapped those rules, you have to allow away fans in for a league game.
Lawwell should pay a few pence in the pound for the tickets. That's what a lot of Bears are advocating elsewhere. GIRFUY William
They don't actually owe Hearts the 800k until the summer which means if they come out of administration before then they will have to pay the whole amount. The only way they can avoid paying it is to stay in administration or go into liquidation and start as a newco.
I maybe being dim but what is to be achived through this... Celtic asked for the cash up front and got it ... Now Rangers have asked for it up front/it was agreed to do so. Is it a fear of liquidation? Is this really a reality before the old firm game?
If it's a requirement to give tickets then give them the wee corner that every other team gets. charge them £60 a ticket aswell
