Now Celtic are refusing to pay 300 grand up front for the old firm game , rightly so , look at Arbroath , Dundee utd and Dunfermline, who are out of pocket over Rangers financial mess .

You cannae blame the Rhats for wanting the dough up front. We've hardly got a good track record for paying other clubs what they are owed.
