You know, as well as I do, that the Big Wan will confirm or otherwise wheather Rangers have cheated.

Having an advantage of £50m that was hooky is cheating.

So every other club that has won something in Scotland that have been in administration had their trophies token off them?

Rangers aren't on trial here though, there's not a guilty or not guilty verdict at the end of it

It's a tribunal, in other words it's a dispute between two companies who can't come to an agreement so it's taken out of their hands and decided for them. Losing it doesn't mean you've been found guilty

If criminal charges were to be brought to those who operated the EBT - ie. accused of deliberately defrauding the tax man - and those illegally appropriated funds were used to buy players, and those charges were upheld, then I would say that would be cheating. If it was a deliberate and underhanded act, it can't be anything else but cheating.

Otherwise, no law was broken and it's just a tax dispute. Win or lose the tribunal we weren't cheating.

I wasn't going to get drawn into this EBT thing again <facepalm>

Let's wait to see the outcome of the tribunal, because only they have all the facts.

While Gambol's not far off the ball, UEFA are watching the Tax Case closely. If the huns lose the tax case, it amounts to using money over the last x amount of years they shouldn't have had access to. They're clamping down on financial doping. The club and more importantly the SFA/SPL will be held to account in some capacity too.

The repercussions are huge if and when this case goes against you. And not just for your vile club.

So portsmouth had their FA cup taken off them did they? when they where spending beyond their means.

No they didn't, close your trap its stinking of more ****e than usual.
 
It all comes down to which Glasgow club you support if you class it as cheating or not

Celtic fans will call it cheating and want titles stripped, shock horror
