I am as gutted as everybody else about yesterday's result but we must move on with hope and belief. Have posted some semi-negative comments myself but the fact remains I bleed City red like the rest of you. Who will we have back for next weeks game at Portman Road that can change our fortunes and put points on the board? I have a sneaking suspicion that we might sneak some points from the Tractor Boys and confound all our critics and I'm going for a 1-1 draw when the guess the score thread is posted. Our current lack of goals is reprehensible and some say that with a little more luck etc we could have scored more, but you need to be good to get the luck you deserve, and we're not good or lucky. Surely but surely all teams in our situation must eventually win and our time is certainly due soon - isn't it?
IMO we will get stuffed at Ipswich..........but stranger things have happened... one win in six games, 3 goals scored, 15 goals conceded...........DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. We can't keep relying on teams below us to cock up. DM needs to sort it out and quick. The players that have been bought by DM, are they the type of players that he thinks will keep us up? Does he have other players in mind? Are the board backing him? These are the questions that need answering if we are looking to stay in this division.
As long as we keep on winning what the rest do is of no relevance, when I stated " ITS A GOOD JOB TEAM SO AND SO DIDNT WIN" The situation is now dire.. . NO not good, not dire *@#'**~'##..ing DIRE when DEMI was appointed quite a number said OK if we go down then so be it, we can rebuild and bounce back up...are, we/those, peeps now brave enough to stand by their convictions
YEP time to get out of the ****e, put KEEF IN CHARGE AGAIN.........oooooooooooooooooooops cant he's gone!
Yes I was one who said and yes I stand by it! I said give him at least a pre season if possible a full season next season then evaluate him.
And also at the time I wondered if you were Keith Millen and to be honest with comments like this I still think you have some infatuation with him!!
I am another who wanted Delboy,I don't think we will go down but if we do I am 100% behind him to stay and sort it out,I also wanted Millen out and it's his **** we are still suffering from, have him back, now I know that's a wind up.....
Don't think DM can shoulder the blame for this sad lot of overpaid underperforming losers. The social groups within the team are destroying us day by dreadful day and giving any manager their support and commitment is out of the question because their egos are far more important. Judge DM only by what he has achieved by this Nov after a full off-season and a few months to show us the new goods. If we are anywhere close to the bottom 6 then he must go at that time. Unfortunately I don't think he will be around to be judged.

Yes I'm sticking to it. If we go down stick with Mcinnes to rebuild us from top to bottom and must be in the top 6 next year if were in League 1. Hopefully relegation with give the players a kick up the backside. But I want us to stay up not go down
Yeap, I'm sticking to it as well. Wherever we are next year, DM will build his own team and will have his own gang ala GJ when he first started but this time we will go much further under him. By the way, I am still waiting for Brighton and Swindon to collapse because like you said, their early season form was due solely to the new manager syndrome rather than the fact that Poyet and DiCanio show passion mixed with having played at the highest possible level and getting their teams to play football in the right manner.... This will also be the case with DM once he gets his own squad together....
redor....this was a TIC a LOL, and there is no infatuation, also standing by and seeing us go down, I was and still am prepared to stand by my convictions, 2011/2012 could easily be our relegation season.................just hope/hopes that it wont be.
Can remember this and to a point it is fairly true, at the time they were doing well, top in fact (beat us) were a point clear of midds , Soton and WHU currently 7TH but possibly 9th as 2 teams below have games in hand....you will need to enlighten me regards Swindon though? last season at this stage TOP HAD 64PTS +2PTS 6TH HAD 54 +1PT 19TH HAD 36 + 2 PTS 24TH HAD 24 - 1PT LESS THAN THIS YEAR BOTTOM 3 WENT DOWN, NORWICH OVERHAULED Swansea into second finishing 3rd and won the play off's
I feel that McInnes will have cast a wry eye over the fixture list, knowing that the prospect of besting Portsmouth and Cardiff would be slim to none. So I'm going for a 2-1 victory for us! Make no mistake, this is a match that we cannot afford to lose, especially with the few teams below us picking up their form.
