Just booked my train tickets for saturday 24th march. £86 first class return. All that's left now is to get the match tickets tomorrow.
It's only £76 for me to travel to London at full price on a Saturday and Cardiff's a lot nearer. There are still £35 tickets available in the Clock End lower but there's plenty in the upper tier just make sure you get online at 10-00am tomorrow. I don't why i'm helping a ****ing tory **** A few years of these ****s in government and you'll change your political views
I remember when i was an apprentice just before that ****ing witch got into power in 1979.I was on day release in Tech and the lecturer asked our class which way we'd be voting in the forthcoming general election. As this was just after the winter of discontent and the time of Saachi's famous "Labour isn't working" poster the majority of us said we'd be voting Tory.He laughed and told us he'd love to ask us the same question before the next election and see if we would have changed our minds after a few years of the Tories in power. How ****ing right he was.Within a few years the vast majority of the lads had been kicked on the scrapheap.I was one of the very lucky ones
What about all those daft bastards who voted for Blair? - 'it can only get better '!! the story line read. Well it ****ing didn't. You stupid idiots now leave us with bloody zillions of debt. And you'll all delight in telling me 'its those wealthy Tory hooray-henrys that caused it all.'
Anyway MILITANT weren't ever going to create jobs - but they tried hard to ****ing wreck them. I remember them doing anything to block deliveries to COWLEY - so waiting on parts stopped production. A great way to kill off the factory - and the jobs. All done because the morons who didn't bother to vote and attend union meetings allowed a 'red troublemaker' to rule the roost.
I couldn't understand who you meant by Denis B then I did my apprenticeship at the Hotpoint factory up here.I ended up working there for over 20 years and in that time labour relations were second to none. The factory got shut down 3 years ago after 50 years. The unions didn't kill that factory off
