So in theory (if the op's post turns out to be true) Then Rangers could get relegated this season?
I ask because if they were to get liquidated and come back as some pheonix club then it wouldn't be upto the SPL to allow them back in. It would be the SFL and if memory serves me correctly then didn't Livi and Gretna get bumped to the 3rd div for similar?

The SPL has a president set of -10pts for Administration. The SFL has no such rule in place and is judged on a case by case basis. Therefore if Rangers were to be relegated (based on the OP point about losing all points earned) and STILL in adminstration at the start of the season, the SFL could then decide to demote or start with a points deduction of there chosing.
