I'm not normally a fan of Fox, but I thought he was outstanding today, and the fact he got 3 assists is superb, they're just as valuable as goals in my book! Well Done Danny!
As well as Morgan played, when someone assists three of your four goals, they get the MOTM award in my book (well, 99% of the time). Well done Fox.
I'm not his biggest fan either, but you can't deny he can be useful in the right games. It's just those other games where he does nothing but needlessly give the ball away that frustrate me.
Classy left backs are very rare and we are lucky to have him. Top class player with a priceless left foot.
Fox is brilliant. Most of the time. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but almost every game he leaves his man my about yards and comes to central.
He just needs to pass the ball on the ground and not just hoof it up... He has got great composure,skill,techinal ability and a sweet left foot.He is quite similar to Benoît Assou-Ekotto and this is a big compliment considering that Ekotto is the best left back in the premier league.
I think he gets his positioning just about right. You don't want to get too tight to fast wingers and Fox seems to block the cross most of the time. I'm a big fan of Fox and again he was outstanding today.
He is a very good player and is easily the best LB we have however, even today, he got caught out of position time and time again. Going forward, him and Lallana are a real force. Premiership quality without a doubt but he may get caught out in the PL.
I liked fox when at Celtic , three assists and Jos scoring the first goal , hope to see them in premiership next season
Fox is a Premiership player. Think you will struggle to find a better left back in the football league.
