i would hate artificial pitch, are pitch is bloody beautiful and the grounds people should be very proud, it always looks stunning so im glad to have a real pitch
Unless the technology of the artificial surface has improved dramatically it's a big thumbs down from me. We've already done that and it wasn't very good. I remember the huge home advantage that the likes of Luton, QPR, Oldham, Preston and a Scottish club (can't remember who although Dundee Utd is ringing bells) used to get and the fact that players had to wear trainers to play on it, and got lots of carpet burns from sliding tackles. Plus the bounce of the ball was completely un-natural.
Then technology is so much better than the early 90's when to be honest they were awful. If it helps us ground share with Bristol rugby then let's not dismiss it out of hand
**** that could you imagin playing Rugby on artificial pitches, I know they like inflicting pain but that will even hurt them!
