Have my doubts he wins tomorrow and unless he does you can forget about beating the Fly. Not a bet for me. Hopefully he hacks up tomorrow though and HF has some opposition come CH day.
Hope Zarkander can win this and win it well. The Hurricane needs something to tickle his tail up the hill at Cheltenham
Anyone fancying this bet should have 2 singles, one at 3/1 tomorrow and the other at 3 x the same stake for the Champion hurdle at 15/2, the double pays 33/1 but of course they won't let you have related bets at those prices.....
Why would they LOL 16s is a fair price if you think he can win the Champion Hurdle, only way is if Hurricane Fly doesn't turn up I would say
I know they didn't go very fast, but you would have to question wether Zarkandar has the speed to trouble Hurricane Fly. As with pretty much all Triumph winners, they always want further as they get older, and he needed every yard to get there today. I can see him running a good race, but I think he will get done for speed. The hill does help, the problem I have is HF stays and he has alot of pace, so I don't see him coming back to Zarkandar up the hill
