Rangers knew they were cheating and acting dishonesty because if they were not Murray could not have made the claim that for every £5.00 Celtic spent Rangers would spend £10.00 and he never with drew that even when Celtic''s home gates were 10,000 higher for every SPL game. Both had access to the same Tv money and so it was unsustainable for Rangers to spend twice as much as Celtic, unless they were cheating.
One sure thing that you find out as you get older if a person or Company is stealing or cheating in one way, then they are certain to do it in many ways. We know now that Rangers were frauding with the EBT account, stealing National Insurance and Income Tax, paid by their employees, stealing VAT, paid for by purchasers from Rangers
I wonder what other frauds, stealing and false practices will come up over the next number of months.

Harry I have talked about tainted titles for a long time but they (including Celtic fans) sneered at me. No more sneers.

Don't worry Harry Hood. Domestic titles are nice. But winning the premier competition in Europe is everything.

    Legendary really.

It happens in other countries so why not in Scotland?

Why are the media not even entertaining this as a serious discussion? (I think we all know why).

If they lose the big tax case, of course they should lose every single piece of silverware "won" during that time.

not sure. even if they stripped them of the titles in 03 and 05 i still would not feel like we won them. i does amaze me though that given what was going on the bank gave smith all that money after he came back and then again at the start of last season to buy jelavic.

Gambol. You claim to be a man who knows his facts.
You claim over 5,000 companies in Britain use EBT's.
Now I am not going to ask you to name the 5,000 as I feel that might be going over the top.
However, just a little example of the 5,000 will do. Please list out 1,000.

I didn't at any time claim to know the facts.

The structure of EBT's are unknown to me. What I do know is that an EBT is a legal scheme used to minimize tax liability.

There are other schemes used by high earners. I know not how they operate either.

I do know how the dividend scheme worked because I was an IT contractor in 2000 when HMRC decided they didn't like it and ****ed us up the ass with IR35.

As for the "5000" I simply repeated that there were an "estimated 5000" companies in the UK who are, or have, implemented EBT's. This I got from a BBC radio news report. But that matters **** all. What does matter is how it ends up when the tax lawyers are done arguing over it.

Now, you, wee soopy poopy, should just once take yer hoops tap aff (even when in the shower) and have a think about it.

In closing, yer still a ridiculous wee fanny.

That is like saying that the dole is a completely legal way for unemployed people to get a couple of pounds.

It is undeniably true, but that doesn't mean that it isn't open to abuse.
