Has just scored a sumptuous half-volley against the goons. One that got away? Or was the attitude too much of an issue?
I think most believed that he had a lot of talent and had potential, but even KPB admitted that his attitude was poor at times. Although I don't think he particularly enjoyed being a Spurs player at all. it just didn't suit him. Shame, because he seems to be doing very well in Europe!
He still wouldn't get in our first eleven, so I don't consider it a mistake selling him. Probably could have got a bit more for him though.
His style of play didn't suit us and I think he was another of Comolli's genius signings. But he seems to have found his place in the Milan m/f. Tasty girlfriend too !
It was when Jol kept asking for wingers and Comolli would instead buy 2 centre mids to add to the 8 we already had. As a result he played right wing and looked ****. The lad's got excellent technique but I think he suits the Italian game better than the Premier League. 2-0 not sure what was improvised about that header though Tyldsley
From arsenal fans last year when we beat AC: "you were only playing AC Milan, they're no way near the team they used to be" I would just like to say thanks to KPB, as I'm sat next to two arsenal fans. This evening is wonderful.
He was an utter twat playing against us last season - diving, mouthing off the the referee, and didn't do much of note in either leg.
Good player, on his day, but he needs to be in a team's starting XI or he'll act like a twat. Still can't see a place for him in ours now, but it's good to see him inflicting some damage on our behalf! Not good enough for Spurs, too good for Arsenal.
It may actually be "Ghetto Kid" but yeah when he first arrived he had that moniker from growing up on the mean streets of Berlin. Wonder if he regrets picking Ghana over Germany now that he's starting to make a name for himself
Cheers, GDS, never knew that. Is it the factfile you're reffering to? Pretty racist to get those two confused, expecially since the whole article is about how he is retiring from GHANA Kevin-Prince Boateng factfile Date of birth: 26 February 1984 Place of birth: Lome, Togo Position: Striker Nationality: Togo Previous clubs: Metz, Monaco, Arsenal, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Tottenham Current club: Tottenham National team: Togo, apps 42, goals 18
