But thats exactly what i am saying. I don't like the way the game has gone.
I do not think Taylor deserved a red card last night as it was a little flash point in a massive game which clearly meant a lot to both sets of players.
I have said that I agree the referee had no choice but to issue the red because of the way the game has gone. But I personally would like to see a bit more common sense used. A yellow card for both players and a further warning to Taylor that he is being closely watched and let the game carry on 11 v 11 would have been fine IMO.
And it may seem West Ham biased but it really isn't. I am always moaning about how card happy referees are no matter who is playing.
