Liverpool are really useless they were better under "WOY".Attacking wise they just stop when they get within 30yds of the goal. When the have a chance to breakaway the passing is in slow motion. Can't see any way they will get in the top 4 playing like this(which does bring a big grin to my face).KK's team seems to have no spirit and he's turned them into a completely defensive team.If I were a Pool fan I would be asking some serious questions.
Part of the reason for Suarez's ban being so long was, and it is outlined in the FA's statement, as a direct result of Loserpool trying to BS them by saying "Negrito" means something completely different in Uruguay to the rest of the Spanish-speaking world. It wasn't just punishing the player, but also the club - but as they kept carping on about it, the FA should've threatened closed door games (especially after the Oldham game), or points deductions until The Grand Wizard learned to keep his paranoid, idiotic trap shut.
Well I dont mind popping in the pub but I am not buying a round Suarez is a disgrace its that simple and Dalgleish has handled the matter extremely badly. No matter what anybody says pool are a great club with a fantastic history and this Suarez incident has dragged their name thru the gutters. Dreadful management IMO.
http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/luis-suarez-i-m-sorry: Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has today issued the following apology: "I have spoken with the Manager since the game at Old Trafford and I realise I got things wrong. "I've not only let him down, but also the Club and what it stands for and I'm sorry. I made a mistake and I regret what happened. "I should have shaken Patrice Evra's hand before the game and I want to apologise for my actions. "I would like to put this whole issue behind me and concentrate on playing football." Author: Liverpool FC About time too.
KK just apologised too. http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/kd-we-all-have-a-responsibility-1 Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish today insisted Luis Suarez is right to apologise for failing to shake Patrice Evra's hand at Old Trafford. "Ian Ayre has made the Club's position absolutely clear and it is right that Luis Suarez has now apologised for what happened at Old Trafford," said Dalglish. "To be honest, I was shocked to hear that the player had not shaken hands having been told earlier in the week that he would do. "But as Ian said earlier, all of us have a responsibility to represent this Club in a fit and proper manner and that applies equally to me as Liverpool manager. "When I went on TV after yesterday's game I hadn't seen what had happened, but I did not conduct myself in a way befitting of a Liverpool manager during that interview and I'd like to apologise for that."
He managed to apologise to Kenny and Liverpool by name though As I said earlier, I'm so pleased we didn't get him.
We need to extend the gap over Villa by another 10 points and we become 5th in the overall PL table <dance> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All-time_FA_Premier_League_table#All-Time_FA_Premier_League_Table I only say this because Holte used to love telling us how Villa were a better PL side because of this.
We're only three wins short of overhauling them on overall wins - I can see that one being sorted out come the end of the season...
I'm more concerned what happened to Greavesthatarelean. We swapped e-mail addresses and kept in touch there, he did post a few times on here, then just nothing overnight. I've tried random e-mails since with no reply.
It would be good to overhaul Villa - I am always surprised how high Newcastle are considering they have missed out on 2 years
